How to order?

--- You can place the order by Email, fax (301-840-2059) or by Mail.

Payment and Shipping?

--- We accept: Payment via Paypal ( www.paypal.com) or Money Order (COD).    

--- Orders will be shipped after checks cleared. We ship only paid orders.

--- All orders are shipped by Priority Mail of U.S.P.S, UPS, or FedEx from Gaithersburg, MD, or from China directly by  FedEx, unless otherwise required. The shipping starts from $8.00.

Returns?

--- Your satisfaction is important to us. We only ship the finest products to you. All returns must be authorized within 3 business days of receipt of shipment and damages must be reported within 3 business days. You should return an item in its original condition for exchange (but no refund). We reserve the right not to accept items with unusual wear or damage. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error.

Custom Flashing Items?

--- We help you to manufacture special items that you would love to make for your store, events, promotions or trade shows: any blinking, shining, and flashing items, with any different LED colors and patterns (for logos, magnetic pins, badges, clips, necklaces, toys, and etc.), 

--- We are very proud of our quality, starting from 2000 pieces/ea.

--- We will make you the sample before you place the order. No refund or no return for any custom items after you confirm the sample.

--- Our products are for display only. The products are not made for small children, they can cause a choking hazard. We have no responsibility for misuse of the products.
